Dennis Quaid is trying his hand at a risky business venture – flipping a house he recently purchased and RadarOnline.com has the photos of the modern mini-mansion that he’s put on the market for $3.15 million.
The Parent Trap star and his wife Kimberly Buffington bought the Pacific Palisades, Calif. home in February 2013 for $3.1 million and after some interior renovations have upped the price by a small $50,000 according to Realestalker.blogspot.com.
The stunning 3,421 sq. ft. home boasts four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, with the master bedroom having the most upgrades – wall to wall carpeting was ripped out and replaced with espresso brown hardwood floors and they eliminated “one of the two walk-in closets in the master suite in order to accommodate a raised sitting area.”
A sleek modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as a low and high snack counter. Dennis and his wife redid the kitchen cabinets, painting them white to lighten up the room.
The Quaids abode also has a gorgeous canyon view as well as a salt water swimming pool and hot tub and a built in BBQ grill.
The home sits back from the street and is perfect for any celebrity hoping for privacy with a camera equipped security system.
