David Cassidy Arrested For Felony DWI

Former teenage heartthrob David Cassidy was arrested early Wednesday morning for driving while intoxicated and taken into custody in upstate New York.
The Partridge Family star, 63, was popped by the Schodak Police department and arrested shortly after midnight for felony DWI and failure to dim his headlights according to ABC News.
He was arraigned and remanded to Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail, which he later paid and was then released.
This is not his first run-in with the law, the Celebrity Apprentice star was arrested in 2010 for DUI and driving with an open container. He license was suspended for six months and he spent a year on probation.
David is scheduled to return to court on September 4.
