Ryan Reynolds Shedding Ties To Ex-Scarlett Johansson — Selling $1.59M Los Angeles Home

Now that he and new wife Blake Lively have settled on the East Coast, Ryan Reynolds is eradicating memories from his former married life to ex-wife Scarlett Johansson.

RadarOnline.com has confirmed the 36-year-old Hollywood hunk has listed his two bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Los Angeles home for a cool $1,599,000, which is $116,000 LESS than Reynolds paid for it in 2007.

According to the listing, the 1,789 square foot property is a "private sophisticated Hollywood Hills home with entrance through walled and gated courtyard. Newer roof, hardwood floors, solar heating, tank-less water heater, impact resistant French doors throughout."

The eco-friendly home also boasts a cooks kitchen with stainless steel appliances, indoor/outdoor living at its best with a patio for entertaining, landscaped yard with private walkways and stunning mountain and city views.

The private hideaway is located near the end of a quite cul-de-sac off Outpost where some of the neighbors include Charlize Theron, Jason Statham and Selma Hayek.

This is the second home that Reynolds has sold since divorcing Johansson, 28, in 2011: A year later, the couple sold their stunning home in the Los Feliz neighborhood for $3.5 million.
