The Academy Award-winning The Help star recently purchased a charming bungalow in L.A.'s Toluca Lake district, and RadarOnline.com has the pics.
The house is a classic gated Spanish-style home with a basement, something that's extremely rare in SoCal, according to the real estate listing service Trulia .
It has a formal dining room, three bedrooms, and a private yard perfect for outdoor entertaining.
