Liberace’s Ex-Lover Scott Thorson Sentenced To 5 Years Probation After Using Stolen Credit Cards

Liberace’s ex-lover Scott Thorson has been sentenced to 60 months probation but avoided prison after pleading guilty to burglary and identity theft charges, RadarOnline is reporting exclusively.
But Thorson better stay on the right side of the law – if he violates probation he will be facing up to 10 years behind bars.
Thorson, 54, wrote the book on which the hit HBO movie Behind the Candelabra was based. The story of his six-year sexual relationship with Liberace became a ratings smash with Michael Douglas playing the famed showman. Matt Damon also starred.
Moonlite Bunny Ranch owner Dennis Hof put up $15,000 to bail out Thorson earlier this year. Thorson, who now goes by the name Jess Marlow, was arrested by Reno, Nevada police on Feb. 22.
Thorson has been spending time at Hof’s famous Bunny Ranch in recent months.
In February Thorson found a wallet with credit cards and used them. Hof has said that Liberace’s abuse led to Thorson’s numerous run-ins with the law including some connected to drugs.
