The Bourne Legacy star Jeremy Renner has a booming acting career, but it turns out the big screen heartthrob also dabbles in real estate, investing and flipping houses and RadarOnline.com has all the photos and details on his latest deal.
The 42-year-old California native currently has a sale pending on a gorgeous Holmby Hills estate in ritzy Beverly Hills, that he originally purchased with business partners in 2010 for $7 million and it's now under contract for a whopping $24,950,000!
According to Trulia.com, the 6-bedroom, 11-bathroom home was fixed up and on the market for 6 months before a "sale pending" sign was hung on the front yard.
Architect Philip Vertoch was commissioned to rebuild the home over the last three years using designs by Kristoffer Winters.
At approximately 10,000 square-feet, the house sits on 2-acres and features five fireplaces, a home theater, spa and pool.
