Jane Lynch Files For Divorce

Jane Lynch has formally filed for divorce from wife, Dr. Lara Embry, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
According to the docs which were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by the Emmy award-winning actress on Friday, the couple married in California in 2009 at a fundraiser.
Same sex marriage wasn't legal in California during that time, but they were married in Massachusetts in 2010 and registered as domestic partners in California.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lynch formally announced the split earlier this month.
“Lara and I have decided to end our marriage. This has been a difficult decision for us as we care very deeply about one another. We ask for privacy as we deal with this family matter," Lynch said in a statement.
