She proudly showed off her massive new breast implants in a bizarre see-through mesh minidress worn over a leather thong.

Courtney has been showing off her new Double Ds since her implant surgery last month.

With husband Doug Hutchison helping her balance on her super-high heels, Stodden turned heads at her friend Plastic Marty's birthday party at Hollywood's Bar Sinister.
