Pregnant Jessica Simpson Heads Out To Lunch With Her Baby Daddy

Wearing a very colorful tie-dye flowing caftan, a hugely pregnant Jessica Simpson went out to lunch Saturday with her boyfriend and baby daddy Eric Johnson  .

Jessica completed her ensemble with some sparkly sandals and a pink tote bag but even those couldn't make her look comfortable as she dealt with her considerable weight gain in the summer heat.

Jessica and Eric - already parents to daughter Maxwell  -- plan to wed before the end of the year.
