The sassy Southern belle was seen in on the beach in Destin, Florida over the Memorial Day weekend, clad in a white two piece and lighting up a cigarette.
Kim, 35, already has two daughters, Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 11, from two previous relationships, and two sons, Kroy Jagger, 2, and Kash Kade, 9 months, with her hubby, Atlanta Falcon defensive lineman Kroy Biermann, 27.
