Not every well-know celebrity has a multimillion dollar Malibu mansion.

Oscar-winner Cuba Jr. Gooding listed his Northridge, CA home for $729,000 on May 23, and it's already under contract, according to Redfin.

The house needs TLC -- per the listing -- and has five bedrooms and three baths.

There's a pool and hillside views and lots of potential for the buyer who showed Gooding the money.

The actor, who also has a home in Pacific Palisades, is a presenter at Sunday night's Tony Awards.
