The legally challenged Real Housewives of New Jersey star is facing charges that he assumed the identity of his brother, Pietro, in order to obtain a driving license after his own was suspended following a DWI five months earlier
On Tuesday Joe made an appearance in a New Jersey court and his trial date was set for July 15, 2013 with an estimated two weeks anticipated for the trial time period.
His attorney Miles Feinstein has repeatedly told RadarOnline.com that Joe will not take any plea deal that the prosecutor has offered so far with prison time.
According to All Things Real Housewives, more evidence seems to be piling up against Joe.
“The Prosecutor said he received a whole binder full of additional discovery on Friday and has turned it over to Giudice’s lawyer.”
