Driving very fast has been very good to Jeff Gordon. The NASCAR superstar is selling his Manhattan apartment, and it has a $30 million price tag!
Overlooking Central Park in what the listing agent Halstead Properties calls "Manhattan's most coveted condominium," the apartment cost Gordon and his wife Ingrid $9.67 million when they purchased it in 2007, and then spent millions more embellishing and decorating it.
The apartment has three bedrooms, three baths plus a formal dining room and office in just over 3,400 square feet.
There's a black granite sushi bar, ceramic Italian tile in the kitchen, and Brazilian cherry or mahogany floors throughout the rest of the home.
The spacious master suite has a dressing room, a two person shower and a soaking tub.
Residents of the building's 20 apartments also enjoy a rooftop lap pool, a fitness center and wine storage facility.
