Who knew the biggest feud in Hollywood could end so peacefully? Michael and Dina Lohan broke bread, made amends and they’re even planning to go to family therapy with their daughter Lindsay and RadarOnline.com has all the exclusive details about the cease-fire in the Lohan family.

Lindsay’s estranged parents are putting aside decades of fighting for the benefit of their oldest child and had dinner Wednesday night at the W Hotel Hollywood where they hashed out the plan to get their daughter healthy.

“There was no booze at the table,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com.

“Dina and Michael were talking nicely to each other and not fighting.”

Lindsay is locked up for 90 days of rehab at the Betty Ford Center and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that both of her parents will be at the Palm Springs facility on Saturday for family counseling.

“Both of Lindsay’s parents have agreed to put aside all their old bad feelings and to be there together to make sure Lindsay is on the right track,” a source close to the starlet said.

As for the dinner between Dina and Michael, the source said it couldn’t have gone better.

“Lindsay’s parents finally are in the same room without the cops being called and that’s a good thing.”
