This is one hell of a farewell gift!
Following her recent high-profile split from Ryan Seacrest, Julianne Hough is mending her broken heart in a luxurious $3 million mansion that he reportedly bought for her!
The former Dancing With The Stars professional sold her Nashville, Tennessee, condo and moved into the stunning new home that her American Idol host ex purchased, according to Trulia Luxe Living.
Prior to the breakup of their three-year relationship, Hough, 24, had been living with Seacrest in his $34 million estate in Los Angeles that he bought from power couple Ellen Degeneres and Portia De Rossi.
Sadly, "happily ever after" was not on the cards for them and now the newly-single Footloose star is settling into her bachelorette pad after bidding goodbye to the Nashville apartment in the heart of Music CIty. Take a peek inside the home, here.

Located at 900 20th Avenue, Hough paid $649,000 for the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,829 square foot condo in 2009. The open plan and modern design overlooking the downtown skyline has obvious appeal for a single girl in the city, while the long rooftop pool no doubt offered a welcome relief to the humidity of a summer in the South.
