Drake Bell is making a splash in the real estate market.
The 26-year-old actor-singer has put his Los Angeles, Calif. home on the market for $1.4 million, and we've got all the details for you right here on RadarOnline.com.
The hillside 3,400-sq. foot home, located in the star-hive neighborhood known as Los Feliz, has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
The Spanish-style home boasts "vintage accents, alcoves & arches, balconies, professional faux finishes throughout, custom paint color, designer fixtures & elegance that flows from room to room," according to its' listing. Other amenities of the home include a brick stairway bob, slab stone counter top, and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.

Bell purchased the home for $2,050,000 in 2007 -- the last year his popular Nickelodeon sitcom Drake & Josh was broadcasting new episodes -- meaning if someone does plunk down his $1.4 million asking price, he'll still be $650,000 in the red on the transaction. Sources told real estate website realestalker that the property "is somewhere in the foreclosure process."
