Bell purchased the home for $2,050,000 in 2007 -- the last year his popular Nickelodeon sitcom Drake & Josh was broadcasting new episodes -- meaning if someone does plunk down his $1.4 million asking price, he'll still be $650,000 in the red on the transaction. Sources told real estate website realestalker that the property "is somewhere in the foreclosure process."
Bell won three Kids' Choice Awards for his work on Drake & Josh from 2004 until 2007; he can currently be seen on ABC's diving competition Splash, which airs Tuesdays at 8/7c.
