Katy Perry & Russell Brand’s Hollywood Love Nest For Sale

Katy Perry's 3-acre Hollywood Hills home - the one she bought with Russell Brand during their brief marriage - is up for sale, priced at $6.925 million.
The Wide Awake singer and Get Him To The Greek star paid $6.5 million for the property two years ago, but never lived there. The two-story, 8,835-square-foot house was erected in 1921 and has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
Other amenities include a large gate, two guest homes and a pool with a waterfall.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Brand filed for divorce from Perry after their Dec. 30, 2011 marriage which began with a lavish India wedding.
She's since dated John Mayer, while he's been seen with model Zara Martin. (That is, when he's not trying to score with all three Kardashian sisters!)
