Rapper Lil Wayne was released from the hospital on Monday after having spent nearly a week at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood because of seizures, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
The 30-year-old was admitted to the hospital on March 13 after a bodyguard found him unconscious on the floor just hours after he was released from the hospital following multiple seizures the day before.
"I'm good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love," Lil Wayne tweeted last Friday, but remained in the hospital for another three nights.
