The Knocked Up star and her country singer husband, Josh Kelley put the home on the market last November and despite its hefty $2.65 million price tag, the property has already sold.
The sale price has yet to be revealed but no doubt the buyer is happy with their stunning new home.
With four bedrooms, chef's kitchen, pool and a cabana the Southern colonial style house certainly looks impressive.
However, since the celebrity couple now has two daughters, Adalaide and Naleigh, it's likely they're going to need all the space they can get for their ever expanding family.
