“Happy Birthday Sebastian ‘The Bash’ Taylor Thomaz!!!” he tweeted, less than two hours after uploading in image of himself clad in scrubs. “Everyone welcome this perfect young man into the world.”

Rose, who previously dated Kanye West, was not bashful about her pregnancy, sharing several photos on social media of her enormous baby bump.
