Kim Kardashian must be caving into her pregnancy cravings.

Parents-to-be Kim and Kanye West, who are accustomed to dining at the most romantic restaurants in the world, spent a low-key Valentine’s Day at Lawry’s The Prime Rib in Beverly Hills, where they enjoyed a quickie 55-minute dinner and left with doggie bags – and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

Looking incredibly casual compared to her usual over-the-top eveningwear, Kim donned an oversized white shirt with black pants and Christian Louboutin fringed boots, showing off her burgeoning belly as she exited the meaty establishment.

Kanye was also dressed down for dinner, wearing ripped up jeans with a denim shirt and unlaced construction boots.

Kim, who has been receiving lavish gifts from her baby daddy lately, proudly flaunted her Valentine’s Day present from him on Twitter.

“My new pet panther! #Cartier #TheDonStrikesYetAgain,” she captioned the image of the nearly $80,000 diamond cuff.
