Oops! Britney Spears Said She Was Wearing Versace…But She Wasn't!

Britney Spears was so focused on debuting her new brunette coif on Sunday night at Elton John's elite Oscar bash that the Toxic singer mistakenly told partygoers she was wearing Versace…when she wasn't.
According to Women's Wear Daily, Britney arrived without making a splash and while watching Sande perform in the main ballroom whispered of her dress, "It's Versace."
But, it wasn't Versace and her publicist later corrected the X Factor judge saying she was actually wearing Michael Cinco Couture.
Britney recently split from her long-time fiancé Jason Trawick and has since been spotted with an "average Joe" named David who reportedly does field research for a law firm.
