Best, Worst & Wackiest Dressed Stars At The 2013 Academy Awards

The ballots for the best, worst and wackiest dressed stars of the 2013 Academy Awards are in!

The biggest movie stars in the world gathered together at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California on Sunday night for the 85th Annual Academy Awards dressed in the most elaborate designer gowns, expensive jewels and impossibly hot high heels…as well tailored tuxes!

But despite months of planning, not every star was dressed to thrill  at the biggest and most important red carpet event of the year – and RadarOnline.com has all the wardrobe winners and sinners in a special photo featured.

Jessica Chastain dropped jaws in a sparkling Armani Prive strapless gown that screamed MOVIE STAR! The Zero Dark Thirty nominee, who described the look as “Happy Birthday, Mr. President,” finished off the look with a coat of red lipstick and blinging Harry Winston vintage jewels.

Jennifer Lawrence opted for the ultimate Oscar gown with her Dior Haute Couture strapless gown, wearing a necklace draping down her back. Though it was very upside-down-cupcake and she struggled to even walk in it, the Oscar nominee definitely stood out in the crowd.

Other best dressed babes included Naomi Watts in an edgy cutaway Armani Prive gown, Charlize Theron’s white hot in Dior Haute Couture and Reese Witherspoon in Louis Vuitton.

Was Anne Hathaway nipping out or was it just the structure of her pink Prada gown? The Les Miserables babe, who has been acing the red carpet this awards season, could have done better for her big Oscar moment than this ill-fitting frock.

Jane Fonda also grabbed her attention, looking like she stepped off the set of Dynasty in bright yellow and big shoulders.

And leave it to Helena Bonham Carter  to sass things up. Though the goth glam actress didn’t go totally over the top with her black and white Vivienne Westwood, she still managed to leave us speechless.
