Jeremy Renner is becoming as well known for his real estate deals as his blockbuster movies.
The Hurt Locker star and his business partner and best friend, Kristoffer Winters, have just listed their latest remodeled estate for $24.95 million!
Known as The Reserve in L.A.'s very expensive Holmby Hills area, the estate is a stunner by anyone's standards.
Renner and Winters bought the place in 2010 for a mere $7 million, just slightly more than land value for the just under two acre property, and then set about to completely remodel the 10,000 sq. ft. mansion from the ground up.

It has six bedrooms, 11 baths, a restaurant-size kitchen, a theater, gym and office. There's a pool, spa and sprawling lawns with perfectly manicured landscaping.
Renner's latest movie, Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, opened in first place at the box office this weekend, bringing in an estimated $19 million.
