Now that the madness of the holidays is almost behind us, people all over the world are ready to let their hair down. Luckily, the major TV networks are here to indulge them, with the biggest stars — not to mention tons of confetti — for New Year’s Eve specials that promise to let viewers ring in 2013 in style.

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest

10pm on ABC

Ryan Seacrest takes the helm from the dearly departed Dick clark, overseeing the big daddy of NYE Times Square celebrations, which includes performances by Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen and more. Meanwhile, Fergie holds down the fort on the Left Coast with the help of Brandy, Pitbull and OneRepublic.

New Year’s Eve With Carson Daly

10pm on NBC

With host Carson Daly in Times Square, the party gets started just a few blocks away, in Rockefeller Plaza. Carson has a surprise guest list, but if it’s anything like last year — which saw everyone from The Roots to Mary J. Blige perform — the 105th ball drop will be a hoot.

Club NYE 2013

11pm on MTV

MTV headquarters is right in Times Square, and the network is out to prove it’s the one to watch on New Year’s Eve. Snooki, J-Woww and comedian Jeff Dye host a celebration for the next generation, complete with a house DJ (The Knocks) and performances by Ke$ha, Ne-Yo, Sean Kingston and more.
