The actor/composer listed the 8,656 sq. ft. Colonial-style home more than two years ago with an asking price of $4.8 million.
Robin Thicke's dad's former home has six bedrooms, a family room, office and gym.
The elegant property comes with a tennis court and pool -- and neighbors that include Miley Cyrus.
