“I was about to stand up in front of my friends and family and bare my soul for the person I love. It was terribly emotional,” Jessica, 30, said about her nuptials.
She was going for “romance, romance, romance,” with her dress and wore a stunning custom petal pink Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown, yellow and pink diamond and rose gold earrings by Martin Katz and borrowed a pink pearl bracelet from her mother-in-law, Lynn Harless.
“She was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen,” Justin, 31, who was decked out in a Tom Ford tuxedo, told People magazine about his bride.
“it was so Jess. It was timeless but had its own eccentricities.”
The fairy tale wedding was held at the Borgo Egnazia resort in Southern Italy and as Jessica walked down the aisle Justin serenaded Jessica with a song he wrote specifically for her.
“That definitely started the tears,” Jessica said. “Not just for me either. For pretty much everyone who was there!”
With his trademark sense of humor, Justin said “I figured if there was something I was going to be able to offer, it would be to sin her down the aisle. Grown men were weeping. Hopefully it’s because I didn’t sound bad.”
After they were pronounced husband and wife, Justin said “To hear all of our family and friends cheering at extremely loud, inappropriate decibel levels, that became the pinnacle of the ceremony. It felt perfect. It felt like everything came together.”
The couple danced to DJ Questlove, and “everyone go their groove on,” Justin said and the couple shut the party down, staying up partying until 5 am!
“We were the last ones on the dance floor, which we felt was pretty appropriate.”
Jessica is becoming a traditional wife too, taking Justin’s last name (although not professionally). “I love his last name,” she said. “I think it’s the coolest name I’ve ever heard.”
Meanwhile, only two of Justin’s four former *NSYNC bandmates -- JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick -- were invited to the wedding, reports US Weekly. Lance Bass and Joey Fatone were left off the list.
"Justin thought a reunion would overshadow the wedding," one pal told US. "And Justin hates Lance now."
