Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have decided to part with their stunning New York City townhouse, but only to someone who can write a check for $24,995,000!
Located just off Fifth Avenue in the Greenwich Village neighborhood known as the Gold Coast.
The house has an amazing seven fireplaces. The entire fourth floor is a massive master suite. The third level has three other bedrooms.
There are several outdoor areas perfect for entraining and a huge kitchen.
SJP and Broderick purchased the 6,800 sq. ft. home just 18 months ago for $18,995,000 and have reportedly renovated it.
It's not clear if they ever moved in or just bought it to flip.
