Since their heyday in the 1990s, life has had its ups and downs for all the former Friends, and now Matt LeBlanc is listing his house for rent.

The Joey Tribbiani actor is currently starring in Showtime's Episodes, playing a fictional version of himself, so perhaps the new career move has sparked him to list the Pacific Palisades house for $12,995 a month after buying it in 2006 following his divorce from Missy McKnight.

Located in the opulent residential neighborhood nestled between the Santa Monica Bay and Santa Monica Mountains, the LeBlanc’s Pacific Palisades home is a classic 1930s Spanish-style house with stucco walls and red tile roof, reported Zillow.com.

Spreading across 3,930 square feet, the 4-bed, 5-bath home sits on half an acre just south of Will Rogers State Park and boasts dark wood paneling, built-ins appliances and a renovated kitchen.
