The couples set to take the floor this fall will be: Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke; Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough; Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy; Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani; Pamela Anderson and Tristan McManus; Kelly Monaco and Valentin Chmerkovskiy; Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson; Helio Castroneves and Chelsie Hightower; Drew Lachey and Anna Trebunskaya; Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd; Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff; and Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas.
Many of the famous faces -- including football legend Smith, Hollywood stalwart Alley, reality star Rycroft and abstinence advocate Palin -- are paired with their original partners.
A 13th dancer -- either Carson Kressley, Sabrina Bryan or Kyle Massey -- will be decided on via a fan vote ABC is conducting through August 24; the winner will be named on Good Morning America's August 27 broadcast.
The show kicks off with a two-hour season premiere Monday, September 24 at 8/7c on ABC.
