"Paul moved out of the mansion last week. It was a long time coming, and he is living nearby so that he can continue to co-parent the couple's three children. There wasn't one big fight or any infidelity, they have simply grown apart. Paul plans on formally filing for separation in the next two weeks. There hasn't been talk of any divorce, yet," a source close to the couple tells exclusively.

The blonde beauty previously told "I'm so sorry that this is happening, but my children are my life and sometimes we need to do what's best for them. It's an unfortunate situation, but I have to have my kids' best interest at heart." exclusively reported that the Real Housewives star and her plastic surgeon husband were having trouble in their marriage, and that their relationship was on the rocks.

Making matters worse, the reunion show of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is going to be filming on Monday night at an undisclosed location.

"Adrienne might not even go because of all the issues going on in her personal life. Adrienne is putting her family first, and she just doesn't know if she is ready to face the other women after everything that has transpired over this past season," the source says.
