It’s Official! Marc Anthony Files For Divorce From Jennifer Lopez

Was it the raunchy music video sex show with boy toy Casper Smart that finally pushed Jennifer Lopez’s estranged husband to make their split official?

Whatever the reason, the Marc Anthony filed for divorce on Monday with the Los Angeles Superior Court citing the California standard of “irreconcilable differences,” while asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s four-year-old twins, Emme and Max.

After walking down the aisle in 2004, the musical couple announced they had officially split last July but have remained on speaking terms since, despite disagreements over how much time he got to spend with the children.

According to the legal papers, Anthony does not want to pay the Jenny From The Block singer any spousal support and wishes for both parties to cover their own legal costs.

It was the third marriage for Lopez and the second for Anthony.
