Actress Melissa Gilbert was not at Tuesday's Dancing with the Stars results show, a day after suffering a mild concussion and whiplash after she smacked her head on partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy's knee.

Gilbert did take to Twitter during the broadcast, expressing her shock at Sherri Shepherd being voted off.

"Truly stunned that @SherriEShepherd & @iamValC r eliminated," Gilbert, 47, wrote. "If they can go any of us is fair game! This makes my head hurt even more. I just watched my tivo'd #DWTS and I'm weeping. @SherriEShepherd I will miss you so much."

On Tuesday, Maksim updated the show on his partner's injury status, saying the Little House on the Prairie star remains "in pain" with a severe headache following the accident during their paso doble, and that "it's up to her" when she will return.

"I think the doctor said that she had a minor concussion -- I know that's very not pleasant -- I wish she could take a couple days off," her protective partner  said. "I think we are coming back. I'm pretty sure, you know, I haven't heard talks about not coming back.

"But then again, she'll wake up tomorrow, and if she continues to have a headache, I won't let her in the studio."

Gilbert's peers sent warm feelings to her Tuesday.

Jaleel White told Extra he was praying for Gilbert to pull through the health scare.

"I wish Melissa well," the Family Matters star said. "I heard all the stories about people being injured and whatever, and my body is really health and I hope nothing too bad has happened to her that she can't recover from in time to give a good dance next week."

"Melissa we love you!" said Donald Driver, no stranger to injuries himself with more than a decade of tenure in the NFL. "In this competition, you don't want to risk anyone getting hurt."

Dancing with the Stars' 14th season continues on ABC Monday at 8/7c.
