Only invite your most interesting friends.

Fun should be first and foremost when you're making that guest list. "The most important thing is personalities," Alison explains. "We invite a group of women we think will have stuff to talk about."

Don't be a wallflower.

"Be willing to open up and share," says Alison. "We've found our quick-fire questions help us all laugh, get to know each other better, and also reveal ourselves."

But try not to overshare.

Some guests get a little too personal. "Kendra Wilkinson definitely left my jaw dropping," says Alison. "And I've been on a soap for almost 20 years, so that's saying something!"

Airs Sundays at 9PM on TV Guide Network.
