Joshua Ledet delivered a performance that’s sure to be seen on the show’s highlight reels for years to come with his stirring rendition of Mariah Carey's cover of Badfinger's Without You.
"You are a phenom!" Judge Jennifer Lopez told Ledet. "You are an absolute angel from heaven. That voice is a godsend!"

Also noteworthy was Elise Testone’s interpretation of Led Zeppelin's "Whole Lotta Love," of which Steven Tyler told her, "Nobody can pull that song off -- you made Robert Plant proud tonight, girl!"
Lopez told Testone: "That was some real rock star ... stuff! You made everybody get up ... it was crazy."
Also impressing the judges to the tune of standing ovations was Jessica Sanchez singing Beyonce's Sweet Dreams; Phillip Phillips taking on Jonny Lang's Still Rainin'; and Deandre Brackensick singing Eric Benet's Sometimes I Cry.
"That's what your voice was made to do," Tyler told Brackensick.
