Has Grey's Anatomy Star Ellen Pompeo Had Her Own Surgery?

On TV, she plays brilliant surgeon Meredith Grey, but has Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo gone under the knife in real life?
Pompeo, 42, appeared incredibly puffy-faced when she was out in Los Angeles last week, with hamster cheeks that were a startling contrast to her formerly thin physique.
"Ellen Pompeo's cheeks look puffy," celebrity surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the star, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview, but added that he thinks she opted for injectables over intrusive surgery.
"It's possible she may have had some filler injections into her cheeks," he explained.
"Steroid treatment for a recent illness could cause this appearance as well," Dr. Youn added.
"I hope her health is good, and she's just a little swollen from the plastic surgeon's needle, since steroid treatments are usually not a good thing," he warned.
