It has been a rough week in the world of celebrity real estate, as yet another Hollywood star is struggling to sell his multi-million dollar mansion.
Former Malcolm In The Middle star Frankie Muniz first put his Hollywood Hills home on the market in 2010 for $3,295,000, but after repeated price drops, he is now opting to rent out the 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house, reported Zillow.com.
For just $15,000 a month, potential lodgers can live in the historical 1941 country-style mansion and enjoy recently remodeled amenities including an open floor plan with custom cabinetry, marble and granite finishes, tile, hardwood floors, and Caesarstone countertops.
Outside, a private backyard boasts a swimming pool, spa, cozy fireplace, and deck that offers expansive views of the Los Angeles skyline.

The Voice judge Cee Lo was the latest tenant at Casa Muniz, but he has since moved out and the house, which has a master suite with high ceilings, sitting area, fireplace, his-and-her closets and large master bath, is now up for grabs.
Muniz picked up the hot property in 2006 when he was just 21 for a sweet $3,499,034.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, actor and musician Beau Bridges re-listed his Hidden Hills home this week after cutting a whopping $400,000 off the asking price.
