Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell were married Sunday in London.

The rock icon was beaming as he and his bride entered the Old Marylebone Town Hall at 3:30 p.m. (London time) for their civil ceremony.

Shevell wore a long sleeve white dress. The groom was in a classic blue suit, and both outfits were designed by his daughter Stella McCartney.

Ringo Starr, the only other surviving Beatle, and Barbara Walters who introduced the newlyweds, were there for the happy event.

A lavish reception is planned to take place at Paul's estate, where workers have been preparing for the bash for the last several days.

This is the third marriage for McCartney. He and first wife Linda married at this same Town Hall in 1969. She tragically died from breast cancer in 1998. This is Shevell's second marriage.

An adorable flower girl in a pink coat preceded the couple into the Town Hall, tossing white flower petals along their path.

Congratulations to them both!
