A casual and make-up free Natalie Portman keeps her 4-month-old son Aleph -- dressed in a bright green romper -- close to her heart as she leaves a friend's home in Hollywood, California on Thursday, and RadarOnline.com has the adorable pics.
The 30-year-old Oscar winner gave birth to her first child with her dancer fiance Benjamin Millepied back in June. (The couple met on the set of Black Swan).
