Jessica Simpson had babies on the brain Saturday when she stepped out with her mom, Tina, and sister, Ashlee, for a baby shower. And RadarOnline.com has the exclusive details!

The blonde bombshell did nothing to dispel pregnancy rumors as she donned a loose fitting maxi dress for the lunch at Ivy On The Shore in Santa Monica, Ca.

The event was a shower for Stephanie McGuire Terblanche, a childhood friend who appeared on both Jessica and Ashlee's reality TV shows, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Laden down with gifts for her friend, Simpson hid behind an over-sized pair of sunglasses as she entered the plush eatery.

Once inside the group of women - and Simpson's nephew, Bronx -  ordered a selection of food from the menu, but steered clear of alcohol.

"Jessica stuck to sparkling water," an eyewitness in the restaurant tells us. "I didn't notice a baby bump but she was carrying bags in front of her tummy and her clothes were loose. She looked great though."

The party lasted over two hours and Terblanche clearly had a great time as she took to her Twitter page to thank Simpson.

"Beautiful baby shower for baby CJ thanks to @TinaSimpson @JessicaSimpson and all my amazing friends!" she wrote. "Our little new family is so blessed."

Jessica is engaged to marry former pro football player Eric Johnson. They've not yet announced a date for the wedding.
