Hilary Duff Reduces Selling Price On Home; See The Pics

Hilary Duff originally listed her home last September, but after a year and no sale at $7 million she’s just re-listed it at $6.25 million.
The pregnant actress/singer’s San Fernando Valley, Calif. home is located just steps from Toluca Lake and you can see photos of the sprawling 9,277 square-foot estate on RadarOnline.com.
The Mediterranean-style home features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a wine cellar, gym, billiard room, gift wrapping room, (yes, just like Candy Spelling!) a chef’s kitchen, cognac room, heating flooring in the bathrooms, a game room and an extensive outdoor living space with a pool.
Duff, 23, married her NHL hockey pro hubby, Mike Comrie, in August 2010 and the couple is currently pregnant with their first child.
