Will Hilary Duff’s next starring role be on Million Dollar Listing? Probably not, but the pregnant star is working hard to sell her Toluca Lake home, the one she bought with all her tween star riches.
The 23-year-old Disney star originally put the house on the market in September of last year for $7 million, but, after failing to sell, opted to re-list at $6.25 million.
According to Realtor.com the 5 bed, 6 bath, 9,277 square foot Mediterranean-style mansion comes complete with a billiard room, cognac room, wine cellar, gym, gift wrapping room, chef's kitchen, and a game room.
The gated yard includes a luxurious swimming pool and beautiful patio.
It’s gearing up to be a big year for Hilary, as she and her hockey player hubbie Mike Comrie also announced their pregnancy in August of this year.
