After infamously breaking down in front of the cameras on The Bachelor reunion last year, Vienna Girardi had to face reality rival and ex-boyfriend Jake Pavelka once again on the Bachelor Pad, but luckily this time she had new boyfriend Kasey Kahl by her side.

And Kahl definitely had Vienna’s back when it came to dealing with Jake, who was voted off the show during the August 22 episode, telling the new issue of Star magazine: "All I cared about was protecting Vienna from that bastard!

The couple, who are currently apartment hunting together in Los Angeles, weren't impressed with Jake's apology on the season premiere of the Bachelor Pad 2, when he finally said sorry for treating her badly.

"He only apologized for what he said to me on national television, but never about what he did to me behind closed doors," a still-distraught Girardi told Star magazine at the Voli Light Vodkas Beach BBQ in Malibu on August 9.
