Shannon Doherty Headed Back To Court Over $93,507 Debt

Shannon Doherty has been summoned to court, once again, after failing to pay $93,507.18 to City National Bank and RadarOnline.com has the documents.
The former Charmed star was sued by bosses at the financial institution when she didn't pay back a loan. The court found in favor of the bank and ordered the actress to make good on her debt.

The documents state that Doherty "made executed and delivered to CNB a promissory note in the original sum of $90,000".
But she has never followed through with the repayments and a court is now ordering an 'enforcement of judgement' against her.
The new documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on June 29 2011.
