With his battle with throat cancer behind him, Michael Douglas looked in especially fine form as he and wife Catherine Zeta-Jones shared a meal with pals in Portofino, Italy on Monday.
The Oscar winning couple are in the midst of a glamorous month-long Mediterranean holiday, along with their two children, Dylan, 11, and Carys,8.
In addition to Italy, the family has also made stops in several other countries, including Greece, Turkey, and the south of France.
