From A-Rod and Cameron, to David and Victoria, to Tom and Giselle, celebrity-athlete pairings have always caught the public's attention in a big way.
With that in mind, RadarOnline.com, on the red carpet at the 19th annual ESPY awards in Los Angeles Wednesday night, posed the best athletes in the world with the question: "Who's the hottest couple in sports and show biz?"
And what better way to lead off than with a pair of baseball MVP candidates?
Los Angeles Dodgers slugger Matt Kemp blushed when RadarOnline.com's Candace Smith joked with him that he could bring that sexy title to whatever relationship he's involved in.

"I'm glad you feel that way," joked Kemp, who dated pop superstar Rihanna for the better part of last year. (Curiously, he’s playing far better this year!)
Toronto Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista paid homage to a fellow baseball player, saying Derek Jeter and Minka Kelly were fitting of the title.
Of course, when you think of the athlete-Hollywood star combos, the Kardashians come to mind -- after all, Kim has dated footballers Reggie Bush & Miles Austin, and is engaged to NBA forward Kris Humphries, while Khloe is married to hoops star Lamar Odom.
Strangely, they weren’t a big hit with ESPY attendees.

Track star Lo Lo Jones joked she was relieved that all the Kardashians are finally in long-term relationships ... so they can leave an athlete for her!
Houston Texans wide receiver David Anderson said that athletes are better than actors at a lot of things in life, especially “not pretending."
Although they are a couple consisting of two athletes, pro surfer Laird Hamilton and pro volleyball player Gabrielle Reese were a big hit with attendees as well.

We even got a shout out from 4-time Pro Bowler, Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson: “Keep it on the low-low with RadarOnline!”
