From the red carpet of the hottest events to the city streets, Hollywood stars were dressed to rock and shock on Wednesday – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos.

Bride-to-be Kim Kardashian upped the fashion ante at the West Hollywood launch of Noon by Noor. The curvy reality show star was dressed to thrill in a Noon by Noor strapless cocktail dress, which hugged her bod to perfection. She paired the sexy little thang with black sandals and a bold necklace.

Vanessa Hudgens looked more frumpy than fab for a day at the DMV. The High School Musical star, who recently chopped her locks for a movie role, wore a 3Ž4 sleeve black dress with oodles of jewels, but just didn’t hit the high mark a la mode.

Other style scores include Katharine McPhee in alice + olivia at the Shark Night 3D VIP Party at ComicCon in San Diego and Jennifer Aniston in Celine and Valentino in London.
