From the swankiest red carpet soirees to the streets of London, stars were dressed to rock and shock on Monday and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our daily fashion feature.

Blake Lively loves showing off her superior stems!  The Gossip Girl was dressed to thrill at the 2011 Ghetto Film School Spring Benefit, wearing a shorter-then-ever ensemble!  The strawberry blonde beauty wore a floral top with a leather skirt from the Marc Jacobs Resort 2012 collection, finishing off the look with sequin Christian Louboutin heels.

Blake’s ex-GG castmate Taylor Momsen wasn’t quite so fortunate on the fashion front, stepping out in a Pretty Reckless look.  The 17-year-old singer went out in London pantless wearing only a concert t-shirt and a leather jacket.

Emma Roberts looked like a princess in Temperley London at a NYC screening of The Art of Getting By, while Lucy Liu had a bad plaid attack at the Sydney premiere of Kung Fu Panda II in Vivienne Westwood.
