Nightclub Sues Promoter For Failing To Deliver Kim Kardashian

The Palladium Nightclub in Modesto, Calif., is suing a promoter because the club owner paid over $15,250 to have Kim Kardashian make several nightclub appearances, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. Mark Reeder of Logantown Entertainment is accused of failing to deliver Kardashian for a number of agreed nightclub appearances. Kim isn't included personally in the lawsuit which was filed in Modesto.

The court docs state: "Plaintiff agreed to pay for and defendants and each of them agreed to provide an artist known as Kim Kardashian to perform in Modesto, Sacramento and Salinas, Calif. In connection with that agreement, the plaintiff caused to be advanced to defendants and each of them the sum of $3750.00 toward the Sacramento engagement, $5750 towards the Salinas engagement, and $5750.00 towards the Modesto engagement. In reliance on the agreement, plaintiff expended sums for the purchase of flyers, posters and tickets, and paid for radio advertising. These sums total in excess of $15,250.00."
